It's been awhile since I've written a journal, so I thought I'd post something.

As of right now, I'm working on Beach!Ayano for a YuruYuri Beach group that my friend and I threw together for Colossal Con. It's my first time attempting to make a swimsuit so it probably won't be very quality, but it's more just for fun anyway! I'm also going to see if I have the time to put a sword and shield together for Windwaker Link since I might be in a small group for that as well.

I've been really, really fickle about my post-Colossal Con cosplays. Since I'm moving and looking to do a lot of full-time internships this year I'll either be broke or busy, so I don't want to overwhelm myself. At the same time, I reaaallly, really want to put together some awesome cosplays for Katsucon, so I think to get around this I'm just going to start my Katsucon cosplays right after Colossal Con, so I have roughly 8 months to get them finished. As long as I can actually make up my mind and choose something that I know I'll stick with, this shouldn't be much of a problem.

One of my projects is going to be Madoka (which I am so excited about I really can't even put it into words) and the second is still undecided. I'm currently debating between Morgan, Cynthia, or Cherche from Fire Emblem Awakening, but I'm really leaning toward Cynthia. I'd probably make her Pegasus Knight outfit for Katsucon and make a Dark Flier outfit for her later. I'm also not completely sure if I'll stick with a Fire Emblem character or choose something else, but Madoka is definitely happening either way. : )

I know a lot of people are planning Fire Emblem Awakening cosplays right now. If you're planning one as well, especially for Katsucon, leave a comment and let me know! I'd really like to get pictures with a lot of people : )
